Revision Policy

The revision policy is applicable to all the services provided by Business Website Design. The number of revisions is dependent upon the package selected by customers. Our service provision is based on unlimited revisions without any additional costs, under the condition that theme and layout requirements remain the same. Turnaround time for the revision is 48-72 hours for each service.

Turn Around Time

The turnaround time as per our policy is 48 to 72 hours for web development services and 24 to 48 hours for logo designing services. Generally, the turnaround time for all services is 24 to 72 business hours. Please note that this in no manner implies the overall time taken for project completion. Turnaround time refers to the reverting of an order after certain changes pointed out by the customer are done. A two working day window is kept for a grace period because we also thoroughly check the requirements and revisions from our end as well.

For example:

  • Website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday.

Refund Policy

The customer will not be eligible for claiming a refund if the final delivery has been made on the initial design and theme that was approved by the customer. A change request will also not be entertained in this case. However, the customer will be entitled to a refund if Business Website Design. under any circumstance terminates a contract barring reasons of contract breach from the customer’s end or non-performance. The refund is applicable in the following cases;

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • The refund is applicable when the initial design of the website or logo is sent to the customer and they disapprove of it. Please note that once you have approved the design or asked for changes in the initial design, the refund request will become invalid.
  • When the refund request is sent before an initial design of the website or logo is delivered, the customer will be eligible for a full 100% refund (minus 10% of the service and processing fee).
  • In case of a refund request made within the first 48 hours or 2 business days, the customer will be eligible for a 66% refund (minus 10% of service and processing fee).
  • When the refund claim is made between 48 to 120 business hours of the initial delivery, a refund of 33% will be made (minus 10% service & processing fee).
  • After 120 hours have passed from the initial delivery, the customer will not be eligible for a refund in any case. But since we try to satisfy all our customers to the fullest, you may contact us for any concern faced.
  • The customer will not be eligible for a refund if, after 30 days of order placement, the customer is unresponsive. If the customer wants to resume the project after 30 days, an additional fee will be charged depending upon the scope and magnitude of the project.
  • Any refund request made after the final files have been delivered will not be entertained.
  • In the ongoing process, the customer will not be eligible for a refund if they ask for changes based on personal reasons/issues or a change of mind. Yet, the customers always have the choice to keep those credits with the website which can be utilized for any other service provision in future.
  • For customers buying website packages, they will not be entertained for any refund request once the website development and deployment have been done.
  • Refund is only applicable in orders in good faith. If the customer has contacted more than one agency for the same project to claim a refund from one of the services, this is not considered to be good faith. In this context, the customer’s refund request will not be entertained.
  • For customers selecting video animation packages, the refund request will not be entertained once the storyboard has been completed.
  • Refund requests should always be communicated to the support department. Business Website Design. reserves all rights to decline any refund request based on the violation of the terms and conditions agreement stated in this website section.
  • The same refund policy applicable to single packages is also applied to custom packages.
  • The refund request should be accompanied by a valid reason for it to be valid. This must go on with creative brief and revision feedback. The refund will only be given if the website layout has not been created. In case of completion, the customer will have the option for unlimited feedback until satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • Design jobs of any kind are always accompanied by customer feedback for finalizing the design and main outcome. Therefore, customer must indulge in two-way communication and give feedback so the desired output is achieved.
  • We strive for excellence through a focus on the originality and uniqueness of our designs. If the design is similar to any other website that you might come across, you are entitled to a re-draw. It is in no manner intentional and purely coincidental in nature. However, Business Website Design. will not be held responsible for the resemblance to any website. The customer has the responsibility to register copyrights to website design to get safeguarded from infringement.

Note: Business Website Design. reserves all the rights for rejecting any project or cancel the contract wherever it seems necessary. After the refund claim is approved, the customer will have no rights over the domain, which will now be the sole property of the website (Business Website Design.) .

The following services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. They also do not get backed by our 100% money-back guarantee service. If such service is part of a combo package or bundle, the refund cannot be claimed on an entire package. These services include;

  • Copyrights Protection Certificates.
  • Website & Emails Hosting Services.
  • Website SSL Certificates
  • Website Domain Purchase.
  • Website Maintenance Plans.
  • Website SEO Plans.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google AdWords Campaigns

In case the customer is dissatisfied with any of the above-stated services and claims a refund, it is at the sole discretion of Business Website Design. for issuing no or partial refund to the customer.

Claiming Your Refund

Once you make a refund claim, it needs to be approved by Business Website Design. For this purpose, the following requirements are conditional to be met;

In any case, otherwise, a refund request approval email will be sent to you from our refund team. After the refund is made, the website copyrights would now be owned by Business Website Design. and we will have the full ownership rights of your website design and domain. Furthermore, you will not be able to use the specific design anywhere. In this regard;
  • After the website rights have been transferred completely to the company, the customer will have no direct or indirect right to use any other content, work product, media or any other content available on the website neither you will keep any ownership interest in the same.
  • We work closely with Government Copyright Agencies. We will share Copyright Acquisition information with the agencies concerning the refunded designs restricting the re-use of the original website layout in any manner in the future.   • My Account

    One of the important sections on our website is the ‘My Account’ section. It is the customer’s responsibility to access the website through the ‘My Account’ section to address any concerns or queries. You can also use this to provide additional instruction to designers. Without accessing this section of the website, you will not have a concrete stand ground to claim a refund. In case of any confusion regarding how to use this section, please contact our customer support team available 24/7 for further assistance.

    Communication Policy

    Delivery Policy

    • The final delivery of the order is made on the stated date of Order Confirmation document. The order is sent to the account as well as the email provided by the customer to ensure successful delivery and notify customers regarding it.
    • The turnaround time varies based on the package purchased by the customer. The minimum time required for turnaround is 2 business days or 48 hours for final delivery.
    • The website will only be deployed live on the public domain once the customer’s outstanding dues are cleared. In case of any remaining dues, the customer’s request for live deployment will not be entertained.

    Website Ownership & Rights

    Once the website is made completely and the customer has given the go-ahead for the final approval, all the credentials and 100% ownership rights of the website are transferred to the customer. This is all done after the dues are cleared. The client now will own the website design. The website designs can be used anywhere as per the customer’s liking or purpose-fit. However, the ownership rights of any media, material or any kind of content generated during revisions stay with Business Website Design.

    • The client shall own the Final Website design provided by Business Website Design in all its entirety.
    • All ownership rights of the said finalized website will belong to the client 100%.
    • The Client is free to use the finalized website as they see fit.
    • The client shall not, however, own any materials, media, or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product.

    Content Creation & Population

    We will not be liable for creating or populating content of any kind (images/text/videos) etc. on the website unless a specific separate service is exclusively purchased by the customer. In this case;

    • The website content will be provided to the customer which will be exclusive to the website and would be owned by the customer after the content creation is done fully.
      • The images will be added to the layout – this contains stock images. Prior approval is required from the customer before any stock image is purchased. Any product/service image or details will be provided by the client that is added to their website.

    Non-Disclosure Agreement and Management Policy

    • As stated before, any information from the client (either personal information or project-based information) is not shared with anyone and is kept confidential and safely secure at all times.
    • After project completion, both the parties involved i.e. Business Website Design. and the respected client, have impliedly agreed to not intentionally defame or damage the reputation of each other with respect to matters arising after project completion.
    • Similarly, Web Inc. takes the responsibility of all its employees, directors, officers and affiliated parties to refrain from either directly or indirectly being involved in any defamatory remarks or derogatory comments about the client protecting both parties from any unethical practice.

    Record Maintenance

    The records of customers’ details and work are kept in a password-protected secure server. The work is stored after final delivery for 6 months in case clients revert asking for resending original files. The customer must show proof of access ‘My Account’ area for better communication.

    Customer Support

    The customer support team works round-the-clock for your maximum assistance and guides you through thick and thin. Within the office, our team is presented Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT answering all your queries and concerns over phone calls and responding to emails. After the business hours mentioned above, you can drop an email for your concern and query and we will get back to you at the earlier possible hour.

    Technical Support Policy

    Business Website Design. identifies itself as a service provider for website and website consultancy. The design and development services related to the website are provided to the client for fulfilling their needs. Occasionally, the packages and services purchased are sometimes inclusive of technical aspects that help the client with websites and emails. We provide basic information pertaining to those services and settings that are required for those services to work. We shall not be responsible for the provision of full training, installation or demonstration related to services availed by customers. These services include, but are not limited to, the following;

    • Website Deployment
      • Business Website Design. will deploy the website on the;
        • A Hosting server is provided by us.
          • The hosting service is provided by us as a value-added service without any additional cost. It is acquired from a third-party service provider.
        • Hosting server provided by the customer
          • If the website is deployed on the hosting service provided by the client, Business Website Design. will not be held responsible for server/hosting issues encountered.

    Both the parties, the client and us, have not formulated any Service Level Agreement (SLA) for technical assistance or service outage unless the client has separately purchased an ongoing maintenance service.

    • Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)
      • We provide a user manual to customers with regard to CMS.
      • We do not provide training of any kind to customers on CMS
    • Emails Setup
      • The necessary settings for setting up emails will be provided to customers.
      • We will not be responsible for installing said emails on the customer’s end.
      • We will not provide any technical support or assistance for errors in email usage as our emails are through open services and are accessible by all service providers. Business Website Design. shall and will not be held liable in any manner with regards to the customer failing to execute, install, or learn the use of the above-mentioned services on the customer’s end. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to execute, install and learn the services as per their understanding.

    Business Website Design will not be held responsible in any way for the customer's failure to execute, install or learn the usage of the above-said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer's end.
